From spin doctor to cabinet minister to European Commissioner, his political experience has both breadth and depth. Join David Aaronovitch as he explores, with Mandelson, the challenges faced by New Labour as well as the contemporary challenges facing the Labour Party today. The pair also take a look at the political impact of Brexit as well as the Covid-19 pandemic, the electoral effectiveness of Boris Johnson and the growing significance of technology in society.
