This guy gets his own video because... well he doesn't really fit into any of the other story arcs very well... and more importantly because he's arguably the hardest boss in the game.

Dark Falz: Difficulty 10/10 so we meet a totally not suspicious guy named Seth that ends up accompanying us throughout the island cave dungeon (and some optional areas if you so wish) and he has some strange dark spells you don't see on anyone else... because he's secretly dark falz in disguise.

This is actually not the first time Dark Falz took a human form as phantasy star 1 had him possessing a certain character that ended up becoming the final boss after you killed Emperor Lassic. Then Phantasy Star online 2 happened and HOOOOOOOOOOO BOY! Anyways this boss surprisingly uses a lot of status effects with mind blast putting your party to sleep, shadow bind lowering everyones agility, and death curse which... well take a guess. Otherwise he'll mainly use either Corrosion to deal 100-150 damage to the party or go for his regular attack which has an extremely high critical hit chance. It's not a very complicated fight on paper but when you have a boss that's actually using status effects to any degree of success on top of dealing good damage and having 8900 HP, the second highest in the game, you're in for a difficult battle.
