Phantasy Star IV: Final Boss and Ending

The final boss of the game and the end of the Algo Systems story as a whole.
Difficulty 10/10 The hardest boss in the game no question. Dark Falz III is certainly formidable but when this boss has almost triple the HP of any other boss in the game on top of the strongest attacks it's not a competition. I chose to bring along demi for her good healing, decent bulk, and to have a second barrier user in case it was needed in the last phase... it was needed in the last phase.
Phase 1 is pretty easy only having single target attacks and 5000 HP. Fire breath does 1 damage at this point. Meanwhile Ray breath and Abyss Ray are a bit more dangerous. This phase exists for you to set up your buffs.
Phase 2 only has around 6000 HP but is a lot more dangerous since it has moves that actually hurt. Light shower does decent damage to humans and a lot of damage to android party members. Then it also has Another gate in order to do heavy damage to human party members and a gravity spell for shits and giggles.
Phase 3 is where everything goes to shit. 13000 HP this phase alone has more HP than any other boss in the game. She has a regular attack which is kind of a mercy since it only hits one party member but it does physical damage which hurts a lot. There's also evil eye which... if she does that count your blessings because statuses don't work on androids and demi can easily heal them off of your human party members. The real scary moves are neutralizer which removes all of your buffs (barrier is the most important one) and lastly she has Megid the strongest magic attack in the game imagine a Final fantasy boss having Ultima or a Megaten Boss using Megidoloan. But it's still a super fun fight that's a great test of skill. If you don't feel confident enough then go kill some enemies at Vahal Fort to pad your stats but I didn't think it was necessary. Everyone at level 45 will be more than enough (though Rika will be into the 50s)
After all is said and done enjoy the games beautiful ending.
