Phantasy Star Online Remake: Forest
115Hi guys, mostly finished the Forest 01 remake for Phantasy Star Online: Remastered. This is in Unity3D. I'm not really a level designer, I'm a programmer, but it came out alright I guess. My friend recorded it on his computer, it's a bit better than mine.
I plan to continue work on GladNet2: https://github.com/HelloKitty/GladNet2.0 and then start work on extending SceneJect, which is a scene-based dependency injection tool for Unity3D, and writing a tool that allows you to write testable and decouple code in Unity3D. Likely going to require some R&D into some code generation techniques. That'll be pretty fun I guess.
I hope to release a build we can increment features on in the next couple months. The first being networked character creation and customization. We'll deploy it with a patcher and launcher so that people can update and test whatever is the lastest. Not really too much to look forward to but it's a start. Stay tuned for something playable in the near future.
