Phaser is one of my favourite HTML5 game frameworks and PhaserEditor makes it even better. Essentially it's an IDE for doing phaser development, which includes a complete level editing environment.

Basically, it changes Phaser 2.x from a framework to a full blown game engine. It's also available for Windows, Mac and Linux and is built on top of the Eclipse IDE.

It's commerical software, costing from $30 a year, but has a generous free version available. You can download Phaser editor at:
