Phasmophobia | Me Tortoise, You Hare
1Welcome back, ghouls and ghosts! It's another Thursday ghost hunting session for us in Phasmophobia! We were a man down today thanks to Sol's work schedule, but Sagi and I bravely ventured forth as a duo to further the righteous cause of Ghost Huntin' Distribution. (They pay a lot better than they used to, even if the recent re-org has made some of us feel a bit less... professional than we're inclined to be! And the free tools they provide could use some improvement. Ah, details.)
We started this session off as usual with the weekly challenge, which was the other half of the Tortoise and the Hare dynamic set up by last week's challenge. This time WE got to be the slow ones! Thankfully the ghosts were only normal speed, so everything became a game of finding and exposing our targets before they had a chance to mow us down as payment. There was also a lot of flailing as we continued to get used to new items, new changes to the sound balance, and the new darkness that generally makes everything a lot more atmospheric (but harder to see!) Look forward to some of the new sounds as well... one of which had me running for the truck and my mommy early on.
Once the challenge ended, we filled in the time by doing some simpler missions on Professional to continue our long climb back to glory. So many things to unlock, so little time... but never fear. We'll get there, lovely viewers, and we hope you'll keep joining us for the fun as we go!
