217Fire Emblem Heroes Tier Lists vary so much that sometimes I think a lunatic wrote one. Thus it's a great thing to see Pheonixmaster1 release his as he definitely knows FEH.
Saying that FEH Tier Lists are very hard to do as ranking Heroes when Skill Inheritance yields so many possibilities it's hard to consider them all. With that in mind I review PM1's Tier List and give my own views and takes on it.

Just please listen to the intro to understand my perspective on Tier Lists so I don't have to answer as many questions. :)
My Viewpoint for the Analysis:
1. I'm a F2P Player that has never spent a penny on Fire Emblem Heroes.
2. I strive to stay in Tier 20 so merges have a lot of value to me though not to the point of say considering Abel better than Camus just because of it.
3. I never view heroes by themselves because we never use one hero at a time, they're used in a team thus synergy and support is always in consideration.
4. Viability is big for me but so is the cost.
5. Minor variance in ranking i.e S+ to S is not a real disagreement just a minor adjustment. Real disagreements are for example B to A+.
Some Basic Info:
Just in case but for those who don't know what a Tier List is, it's basically Hero Ranks in terms of S+ to as low as C. These ranks represent many things but the general principle is the higher up in ranks the better the hero is in terms of their peers.
I hope that was enough and just in case people don't know this, his list has SI factored in. A Tier List SI means Skill Inheritance is considered so it's not based on a Hero that is clean.
