Today we're going over what Elliotte Friedman said on The Instigators podcast on WGR 550 Buffalo radio. On a recent segment, the Sportsnet analyst noted the idea of a Phillip Danault trade, and how the Montreal Canadiens could explore the avenue of trading Danault instead of trading RFA Max Domi.
This has to do similarly to the idea we established earlier wherein Danault was disappointed with his role as a third line centre for the Habs, after Jesperi Kotkaniemi and Nick Suzuki took the top two centre spots in the lineup.
Let's go over this idea in today's Habs trade rumours video.
