Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy (Justice For All) Episode 4 Part 4
Farewell, My Turnabout
Adrian Andrews was next on the stand...and she is one cool customer to talk about the incident so casually. Wright had to be a bit more methodical in his pressing, figuring out which pieces don't fit. Then came the topic of the press conference meant to be held after the show....turns out it was the victim who prepared the whole thing, and Adrian was in on it too. Apparently, Juan had a secret so strong it would ruin Matt's acting career....enough for Matt to supposedly murder him.
While Wright does point towards Adrian as the real killer, the evidence is only circumstantial as Edgeworth points it out. However, when she refused to testify on the matter....Edgeworth then decides to pull a cheap shot; revealing Adrian's "weakness" to the court. In doing so revealed a shocking truth: Adrian herself didn't commit the deed but rather set it up so Matt would be framed for it, given the prior relationship with the victim.
Unfortunately, Wright couldn't get the results he wanted and was panicking...but when Edgeworth notices the card Adrian was playing with, he suddenly gets riled up. What could this mean...?
