With Phoenix down and out after having fallen through the wooden bridge, he's restricted to bed rest for a couple of days and it's up to Edgeworth to come in and take over the investigation. That's right, it's the first time we get to play as Edgeworth in this series and in my opinion was the direct reason that Edgeworth got his own spin off games. We meet back up with Gumshoe and Edgeworth gets introduced to the psyche-lock mechanic, which honestly at this point in the series gets to be a bit too much because they seem to bust it out way too often. And as if on cue to prove this point, we break Larry's locks only for him to have 5 more locks and all of that section almost becomes meaningless but at least we get Defense Attorney Edgeworth in the next episode.
