Pikachu adds lines to autoexec.bat upon running it, when opening the autoexec file, or restarting your machine, it asks the user if they want to delete C:\WINDOWS\ or C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM(I don't know if it is itself or 32), which is a pretty easy chose to make, as it dosen't delete all system files silently, allowing the user to remove the lines from autoexec.bat, i believe that pikachu.com used to download the worm, however as of now, it brings up the pokedex site.
