It's almost 10PM at my location when I'm uploading this video, and I say that because I literally figured this puzzle out just now. This is the most bizarre game...the solutions can just pop up out of thin air, even on levels you've previously struggled horribly on!

The first, crucial step is in rearranging your Pikmin to put the Blue one "in front", and to "trap" the other two behind that upper rock. The process I used in this clip is actually a more straightforward process, compared to the random guess-and-check one I used when I first solved the puzzle. There's definitely a faster way to do this; fortunately, the two rocks on the starting side of the puzzle are rather versatile for this step, if you can figure out how to use them effectively to "rotate" your Pikmin. After you complete it, the pathway swiftly reveals itself to you.

Has anybody tried to speedrun these minigames yet??
