Hey everyone! Welcome to the first episode of Pillars of Eternity! This game is true rpg, meaning: it's more focused on character development, interaction and choices than the actual combat. Of course, there is and will be quite a bit of combat but not as much as an hack 'n slash game, and at a slower pace.
In this video you'll already see that you have MANY options to create your character, which is why it took so long and even then, I didn't check everything, but I checked a lot. And everything you choose (race, class, gender, culture, etc) in the creation will affect the game.
