Now that we're down this far we've got to try and get our reliable PRAWN suit ready for even more. That means doing a little material farming, repairing a damaged and flooded Moonpool, and also a bit of back and forth. Subnautica can be quite a bit of prep work to make progress but it's tangible progress. And once you make it you know you've made it. It's a rather cathartic sense of accomplishment to be able to face and overcome each challenge the game has to offer. Perhaps that's why the survival genre can be so appealing.
