Pirates! Gold Game Review

A pirate simulation that didn't exactly break the mold. The game certainly provides some entertainment though. You sail around a beautiful open ocean, interacting with nobles and brigands alike, as your own status continually switches between the two. The game's world is completely open ended and has a living and constantly changing social/diplomatic system that keeps you engaged even when the battles become repetitive.

Why listen to me over better pirates like IGN, Gamespot, Gamespy, Giant Bomb, Destructoid, or GameTrailers? Well, I don't just review games from the eyes of a technical, professional Johnny Depp. I also review games from the perspective of an actual...um...Keira...Knightley?
