PLANTATION BAY RESORT & SPA: ONE BEDROOM SUITE

This video is purely for One Bedroom Suite at this resort. My family of three, stayed as the Long-Stay Guest, accommodated in one of the resort's guest rooms One Bedroom Suite. The resort do offer other types of rooms, depending on the travellers desires.

Originally, we chose the Lagoon View Room, as it seems the one offered by Expedia and Booking for a family of three. We got confused when we contact the resort directly that my son (12 years old) couldn't be accommodated with his parents, and needs another room. But why do most popular travel site offer it as if its acceptable. This is the part where it can be confusing and misleading information . You could book your room at these popular sites, maybe only to be told upon arrival that you have to pay extra more.

Seen lots of Youtube videos posted by guests (as a research and observation) of the guests as well as the resort itself (before our arrival and even before the final booking). Numerous videos of family of three or four, staying in another type of rooms; the likes of Pool Side Room and Lagoon Room, it does make you question to what extend the resort policy allows certainty.

I know that we all want to save here and there and get a good vacation deals or offers. Its worth checking out the resort LONG STAY program, that's what my family of three booked for. Travelling from UK to Cebu, Philippines takes at least 2 days outbound & inbound flights, and the jetlag, two weeks doesn't suit us. We always try to stay longer than 21 days. I like the fact that most hotel or resort seems to offer the Long Stay Guest. It is worth checking or inquiring directly with the hotel and do price comparison with popular sites, as they do competitive rates or will try to stay the same.

Before I forget, I have stayed at this resort back in the days when they used to have the "Little Villas", which now have been converted to the Pool Side Rooms. I have brought numerous family and friends as Day Tripper for this resort. Don't get me wrong, it is an amazing resort and it is worth checking.
