Here's an easy way to obtain the "Grounded" achievement (beating a roof level without using catapult plants). You don't need to devise any complicated strategy involving expensive plants that you buy from Crazy Dave like I tend to see when people discuss getting this achievement.

In fact, all you need is some of the most bare basic plants : Sunflowers, Chompers, Potato Mines, as well as Pots to expend a little bit. Everything else is unnecessary and mere luxury.

Since I already had the achievement, it didn't show up, needless to say. But you'd otherwise obtain the achievement by the end of the stage.

Oh, and the sound is a bit behind what's going on. That's YouTube's fault. The file itself was fine when I watched it before uploading it.
