This DM has a bit of a problem player at his table. This probably requires an out of game solution to the in game problem. Essentially the player is acting out, because they didn't get their way immediately and is being disruptive at the gaming table. The player got bored with the character and wanted to dive back into the players handbook to create a new character with a different class. The dungeon master asked them to wait two more gaming sessions. This gamer said "OK" and then proceeded to act like a Jack Ass the very next time the campaign started up.
