Playing Alien Rogue Incursion on Linux: Smooth 60FPS with FSR 4?
Hello everyone, and welcome to my channel!
In today’s video, I’m playing "Alien Rogue Incursion: Evolved Edition" on CachyOS. I'm using the Minisforum Ai X1 Pro, which features a Radeon RX 890M and a Ryzen 9 HX370. I aimed to achieve 60 frames per second (fps) in this game while maintaining high fidelity. To accomplish this, I used 2x lossless scaling with FSR4 and optimised graphical settings. With these configurations, a solid 60 fps is possible most of the time; there are occasional small dips, but they don't ruin the experience.
The game itself is interesting. I really enjoy the voice acting and the pacing so far. The gunplay is somewhat underwhelming, but the story compensates for it.
