Playing Lucia for the First Time! | Devil May Cry 2
0Right off the bat, we NEED to talk about how awesome Lucia’s devil trigger form is, she looks like some kind of alien robot warrior, and I was obsessed! The only downside for me was her weapons. I really missed Dante’s guns and long sword. Don’t get me wrong, I love melee combat, but I enjoyed Dante’s ability to leap into the air and come crashing down with a sword slash... and Lucia just doesn’t have that.
In a way, I guess it makes sense. Maybe that’s partly why she couldn’t take down Arius alone and needed Dante to step in. Dante’s weapons are just superior.
That said, I’ve learned that if I beat DMC 2 on hard mode, I can play Disc 2 as Trish… and apparently, Trish’s weapons are way better. So, you better believe we're doing that next!
