I love Pokemon. I love Genshin Impact - hence this abomination.
Cheats was used for fast leveling and to catch Raikou (this is just a casual play after all).
My rule: Item is usable only after opponent has used the same item.

XIANGLING / TYPHLOSION:
NA: Return - animation similar to multi-strike
E: Ember - simple elemental attack
Q: Flame Wheel - similar elemental animation
Passive: Leer - increase damage output

BARBARA / CORSOLA
NA: Surf - basic hydro attack
E: Rain Dance - related to dancing
Q: Recover - similar effect
Passive: Rest - massive healing and eating

RAZOR / RAIKOU
NA: Strength - strong physical attack
E: Cut - similar animation
