I love Pokemon. I love Genshin Impact - hence this abomination.
Cheats was used for fast leveling (this is just a casual play after all).
My rule: Item is usable only after opponent has used the same item.

Their Pokemon/Genshin abilities break downs as below:

KEQING / RAICHU:
NA: Return - basic normal attack
E: Quick Attack - fast attack
Q: Thunderbolt - similar elemental attack
Passive: Dig - expedition/exploration ability

FISCHL / ZAPDOS
NA: Aerial Ace - accurate auto attack
E: Shock Wave - accurate electro attack (like a turret)
Q: Steel Wings - slamming enemy with wings
