The professor from Test Subject Blue continues his testing of the Blue enzyme. However he now also has access to the Green enzyme, which is much more intellegent than the old Orange ones, to test Blue even further! Just like in the last game, Blue is controlling a Proto-Suit to get through the levels that are full of portals, lasers, and enemy enzymes. But something is not quite right... Something, or someone, is lurking around outside the professors lab. Perhaps someone is after his research!
It turns out that is exactly the case! An evil man with a group of mercenaries busts in and knocks the professor down, kidnapps him and steals all of his enzyme research! Now this new, evil scientist with unknown motives, uses Blue for his own tests. What does this man want with Blue? And where is the professor?!?
