This is my first full score run after routing out the farms, it being the first means that of course it's pretty messy, and as such missed out on a lot of points. Good enough for 4th on the overall Switch leaderboard.

To maximize points:
Health: each half heart gives 1000 at the end of the stage, but also picking up a health refill while at full health gives progressively more points up to 30000, so getting hit loses those points.
Shield: picking up a shield while already having a full one gives progressively increased points up to 50000, so getting hit loses these points too.
Bombs: each bomb gives 5000 points at the end of the stage as well as picking up extra bombs when already at 5 gives progressively increasing points up to 30000, so I can't use bombs.
Time: each second remaining gives 200 points at the end of the stage, but every stage with a possible farm gives more per second, so farming is a must.
Lotteries: these have various prizes, but the only ones worth getting are shield and 1up, each effectively giving 50000 points. The 10s place in the score controls what prize is chosen, so for the 50 coin lottery I want a 3 or 8 there to get a shield, for the 100 coin I want a 3, 8, 4, or 9 to get a shield or 1up, and the 300 coin is always a 1up.
Lives: at the end of the run these total up to give 50000 points each.
