Finally got the sub 20! After some controller issues I was unable to rectify, I decided I could still run this game since it doesn't require every button, just had to change the layout. Found a new starter powerups strat that actually gets 3 reds faster than 2 blues then 2 reds. Still plenty of time to improve.
