This Twister Amazon has gotten pretty fast over the last couple of weeks, but now I'd like to finally try prioritizing Energy Shield in the build. This change will result in a moderate loss of Accuracy (thus speed), so I figured I'd make one more video showcasing it as close to the ceiling as it could get. Here's what it took to reach 60,000+ Accuracy & a 0.13s Attack Time in hideout. What a wild ride it's been! It's not over yet. Stay tuned for the much request ES variant!
