A while back I learned that Waystone drop chance impacts the number of Crisis Fragments each Citadel boss drops. Yesterday on stream I did a Copper Citadel and got a record four fragments. I wasn't sure at the time what the breakpoint in Waystone drop chance was to achieve this or if there was an added RNG component to it. After digging deeper, it appears there are set breakpoints of 0/300/600/1200 for 1/2/3/4 fragments dropped per boss kill. Here are a few things you can do hit that 1200% Waystone chance benchmark.
