After getting several comments lamenting the cost and scale of a few recent build-related videos I've put out on Flicker Strike Invoker, I decided to see for myself if it was true that this build can't work on a lower budget. Not just any low budget, but dirt cheap.

This showcase features no rare or unique gear, aside from the main weapon, and also features only 4-links with no quality on any items except the body armor and weapon. Realistically, to replicate this setup with junk rares, it would probably cost 30-40 exalts. What do you make of a T15-capable build on such a tiny budget? Should it be possible?
