From the lowest of low ends to the highest of high ends, now we're taking a look at some tech for Charge Infusion. This skill gem has huge potential for late endgame power scaling on a Crit Flicker Strike Invoker as well as other builds that also favor charge-based gameplay. Bonus points if you can get more than one charge type into the build. I've yet to see a viable setup for all three, but I'd be interested to know if you have (warcries, anyone...).
