103Continuing to test out the Astrid Pass, I face Haff27, once again.
He's a fan of One Piece, an anime/manga by Eiichiro Oda about a group of pirates looking for the ultimate treasure. His signature Pokémon, Forretress, is named after Enies Lobby, a fortress town that our heroes come across. Houndoom is "Marshall D. Teach," also known as Blackbeard and a rapidly rising up-and-coming pirate who decides to challenge his superior, Whitebeard. (The real Blackbeard's given name is Edward.) I'd reason that he chose to name Houndoom this is because Blackbeard has the powers of darkness. Hitmonlee is "Sanji," the chef aboard the Straw Hat Pirates. He needs to keep his hands clean and refined so he can cook properly, so he fights using only his feet.
As for why he didn't name Octillery Hachi, an octopus man, I'm not sure. I forget who Octopako is.
By now, you should be able to know three moves on Politoed and all four on Typhlosion, if you paid attention to the previous PBR video.
I used Kermit (Politoed), Ty (Typhlosion), and Apollo (Solrock; unseen). Haff27 used Gardevoir, Octopako (Octillery), and M.D. Teach (Houndoom).
