Marshall is the hardest member of the Elite 4 because his Pokémon are mostly bulky and they hit hard. I used a X-Speed after Throh lowered Emboar's speed with Bulldoze. Mienshao crashing was both lucky and unlucky because Emboar would probrably be in Blaze range and it would OHKO Conkeldurr with Flamethrower. Sawk has Sturdy and I could have used Pidove's Quick Attack to break it.
Caitlin became a lot easier because Musharna is now her lead with no direct super effective hits on Emboar. It used Yawn on Emboar while I used 2 X-Attacks. I healed the sleep with a Casteliacone and Emboar OHKO'd all her Pokémon with Return. I went to the champions room and I saved after entering it.

Saved at 3:22 with a L76 Emboar.
