Hydreigon works surprisingly well as a lead because it used Surf when I used two X-Attacks. I OHKO'd it with Return and I used a X-Speed before Aggron was OHKO'd by Flamethrower. I let Haxorus activate its Focus Sash so Iris would heal it next turn instead of attacking after Dragon Dance. Haxorus and Druddigon were OHKO'd by Return and Lapras and Archeops by Thunder Punch.
This run went really well except for some missclicks and some bad luck. I also had a lot of good luck and the route is pretty solid. I think that the time of a segmented run could go below 3:20. I still wonder how fast a run would be with Snivy or Oshawott.

Saved at 3:26 with an almost L78 Emboar.
