I have another match with the rival at (1:15) before going through Route 213 and Verity Lakefront. Once I reach the latter, it turns out the route to Sunyshore City is blocked, so I have to go to north where I meet Cynthia (21:00) once again, who gives you some Secretmedicine to give the Psyduck on Route 210 before taking on the trainers on Route 214. Afterward, I quickly go to Route 210 and manage to help the Psyduck, granting me access to the upper section of the route. It is covered with a dense fog which I manage to navigate (41:46) since I missed the Defog HM back at the Great Marsh. I make it to Celestic Town (56:28) and stop the Team Galactic grunt there. After talking to Cynthia's grandmother, I can finally face Fantina at the Hearthome Gym (1:07:39) after completing the gym's puzzle, then save at Floaroma Town.
