It turns out that the international versions of Pokémon Stadium 1 and 2 have unused data to recognize Pokémon Green even though that version was never released internationally. With the help of a fan patch of US Pokémon Blue which turns the game into an unofficial US Pokémon Green (created by Montblanc and their team) and a Flash Cart by InsideGadgets that is compatible with the Transfer Pak, I am able to test this out.

I first show how Pokémon Green works with Pokémon Stadium. Most of the features work, but the game crashes at the GB Tower due to Pokémon Stadium not having a rom of Pokémon Green.

Then, I quickly show a glitch with the NA (and international) version of Pokémon Stadium 2, where if you load Pokémon Blue, the Pokédex Locations shown are those of the Japanese Pokémon Blue, not the international one. Some of the obvious oddities are Raticate being in Cerulean Cave (3:33) and Jynx at the Seafoam Islands (5:18), which clearly aren't correct for Pokémon Blue as I show in-game (8:16).

Finally, I show Pokémon Stadium 2 working with Pokémon Green, where all features work to the point where the Pokédex locations shown actually match that of the international Pokémon Blue game (10:21). Also, the GB Tower even works, since it seems with Stadium 2, its GB Tower actually downloads the rom through the Transfer Pak, so I show a bit of the Pokémon Green romhack. There are some changes retaining from the original Japanese games, such as the Old Man no longer being censored (21:01) and the in-game Nidoran trade matching the Japanese Red and Green one where you trade a female Nidoran for a male one named "Chappy" (24:41).
