0You may challenge the Pre Gym's knockout challenge at any point you wish. It will pit you against four trainers, each one specializing in a different type. If you can defeat all four, you'll win a White Herb and the ability to challenge Pre Gym Leader Justy once you have a full party of six Pokémon.
