Pokemon Emerald Trashlocke is a romhack of Pokemon Emerald made by the YouTube user and Twitch streamer Pokemon Challenges. Its goal is to make Pokemon Emerald harder by limiting the player's options for Pokemon rather than by editing the teams of opposing trainers. Phoebe is the second member of the Hoenn region's Elite Four, and the difficulty of the gauntlet starts to show with her agonizing team. It would've been amusing to have each of her Pokemon know Toxic, but it's still a dangerous team that can PP stall you, or worse, wipe you, if you aren't prepared.
