I randomized Fire Red and accidentally created this monstrosity. 8D I nicknamed it after the Fallout series because it is so punishing, much like when I first tried to play Fallout 3. The Pokemon have random abilities, and I did not give them the option to start with 4 moves. Come join me on this lovely adventure of misfortunes! :)
