Here is a quick tutorial for the new dynamic weather update.

The new Hoenn Region Gen3 update 0.85.2 for Pokemon Go adds a dynamic weather system. Weather conditions will now impact the game in a variety of ways, such as making Pokemon more likely to appear in weather conditions that suit them (for example, more water-type Pokemon will spawn in-game when it’s raining in the real world). Weather conditions will also impact Pokemon CP and Moves, making certain types stronger or weaker depending on the weather.

Pokémon is available for Android and iOS on the app store.
