Pokemon Go - Possible bug or ditto easter egg?

235Today at 02:00 i was returning home and i encounter a strange bug on a specific place of my city where pokemons dont usually spawn. I encounter over 30 pokemons that changed form after capturing them! Check the video... I didnt see any other ditto videos before so i didnt try anything using AR! The only think i did was renaming all the pokemons that changed form to Ditto!
I restarted the app many times but it kept happening
