In this video, we catch both Mewtwo in Cerulean Cave and Entei on Route 2! It took like 15 minutes for Entei to spawn, so I edited all that out. Mewtwo was a PAIN without the Master Ball, but I wanted to save mine (ignore all the glitched ones, I ain't using those) for Entei.
