After reporting to Commander Kamado, I am then given my next task, and it is to explore Coronet Highlands, and I encounter two wardens, one who is the warden of the Noble Pokémon, and another who looks very familiar. Then I go to Cobalt Coastlands and do a special quest which could be to do with Manaphy, a Water-type Mythical Pokémon.

As for the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description

After reporting to Kamado, we get a bunch of dialogue, and the next day, we get an encounter with... Did they give the Subway Bosses from Pokémon Black & White an ancestor? Then I enter Kamado's room, and we learn from Adaman about the Noble Pokémon of Coronet Highlands, and the warden Melli shows up, and he is a boy by the way, I wasn't sure if Melli was a boy or a girl because he had very long hair, and he seems to be an interesting character in terms of personality.
When you go outside, you get to battle against Adaman and his Leafeon, he does have an Eevee as well, he shouldn't be too hard if you have a good Fire, Poison, or Flying-type to fight his Leafeon.
After beating Adaman, he and Melli leave, and Cyllene asks you to go to the training ground and find the person that will be your guide. When you go to the training ground, you will find Irida and the Subway Boss ancestor, we then learn his name is Ingo, and he is a member of the Pearl Clan, but he has an unusual past, he has the same name as his descendant, he could very well be the same person.
Some new quests are opened up, the first one is The Sea's Legend, Iscan will come in and tell you about a book, but he doesn't remember, and nobody even hints to you what you are supposed to do, the only hint you are going to get is from one of the books in Canalave City's library in Pokémon Brilliant Diamond & Shining Pearl.
Next is farm expansion, and you have to give Miller a Pokémon that knows Rock Smash, and you can grow Mints with that expansion. For other quests, one is from Ward, and this one is easy because you need to have Research Level 10 with Gastly. Talk to Bonn, and that will unlock the candy shop, but he does have a quest for you. Then Dagero has one, and you have to show him a Turtwig, this should be easy, as you can find Turtwig at Crimson Mirelands.
Anthe has a quest, and you have to show her a Wormadam, it can be any cloak, and that will add more outfits to the shop. Arezu has one where you have to show her a Misdreavus, you can find them at Coronet Highlands, and Choy has another quest, and you need to collect Crunchy Salt, they can be found at Coronet Highlands as well. I then do Floaro's quest, and you do need a Jubilife Muffin for that one, after talking to him, interact with the Umbreon, which could be the same Eevee you helped out back then, and you can pick an Evolution Stone of your choice.
I then do The Sea's Legend, what you have to do is it has to be evening, you need to have Mantyke, Buizel, and Overqwil in your party, and you need to cross the stone pillars at Sand's Reach, then you have to go to Seaside Hollow, the cave is near the Alpha Lumineon. When you enter the cave, you will encounter a Manaphy and three Phione, and they will be surrounded with water, if you have items to stun them, like a Sticky Glob, you can use use them to give you an opening to catch them, and they are really tough, the Phione are at around the mid Level 30s, and Manaphy is Level 50. I recommend catching at least one Phione, and after getting through the Phione, you can them work on catching Manaphy. After catching Manaphy, report to Laventon to complete the quest, and when you enter the cave, you will usually find Octillery, but you can find Phione very rarely, so it would be good to catch a Phione during the encounter with Manaphy.
For tasks, you will want to use Water Pulse in Strong Style at least six times to register Phione, and with Manaphy, the best would be to use Take Heart and then Agile Style Moonblast. Take Heart is a new move in this game that both Phione and Manaphy can learn, it boosts their offensive and defensive stats, and it heals their own status conditions, Manaphy will have it right when you catch it, it won't be until Level 59 that you get to unlock the styles with that move. Manaphy does come with Moonblast when caught, and it learns Hydro Pump at Level 57, it does get good coverage moves like Psychic, Energy Ball, Shadow Ball, and many other moves, it's an excellent Water-type Pokémon, and it comes at Level 50 when caught, so it is ready to fight, as with Phione, it's at least decent, but it's basically a weaker Manaphy, and it learns Take Heart at Level 46.
