Pokémon Let's Go, Eevee! - Ghost Monotype Challenge #1
OBS: The logo is custom-made by me for this challenge, and isn't meant to misdirect anyone to think a fake game like "Let's Go, Gastly" exists. This also IS NOT a ROM hack.
-----
I felt like playing something super casual, so we're doing Pokémon Let's Go now - but with a twist! Only Ghost-type Pokémon allowed!
...which means, this is basically "Let's Go, Gastly!" - hence the custom thumbnail, hah!
The rules are simple, and mostly standard, with a few personal twists:
- Only Ghost-type may be used
- Trading with other players is only allowed for evolution, and to get my starter.
- In-game trades are allowed.
- I may only catch and use duplicates if it's to evolve to a species I don't have yet.
- Catching any Pokémon for EXP is allowed, but the Go Park is off-limits.
- No cheats or glitches are allowed, and 2-player functionality should only be used if the run "dies" otherwise.
This will basically limit me to Gastly, Haunter, Gengar, and Alolan Marowak. Is it possible to beat the entire game with just those four?
Only one way to find out, so join my on this bizarre journey if you're as curious as I am!
