Pokémon Let's Go Pikachu & Eevee - Lapras Only Run
Michael beats "Pokémon: Let's Go Eevee" with just Lapras! This video comes with live commentary. I tried to skip through the less important parts, and I ended up talking way more than necessary.
Lapras is a Pokemon that doesn't show up until late in the game. I transferred four Laprases in, at the start of the game, using Pokemon Home. Two of the Laprases are low-level ones that I first got in Pokemon Go. The other two are high-level ones that I got from a man in Silph Co. and the waters south of Fuchsia City.
I use the lower-level Laprases at the start. Around the second gym, they started learning new moves. I tried the strategy of having the first Lapras being the attacker, with the second Lapras having a bunch of status-affecting moves. Sadly, I mixed up the Laprases and messed up their moves too much. I switched to using the Silph Co. Lapras and the Lapras that started out at Level 1, for the rest of the run.
Beating the Elite Four with just Lapras was surprisingly easy. Since it's both water and ice type, and I taught Thunderbolt to one of the Laprases, it can usually do decent damage to any enemy it encounters.
