I have decided that the beginning description will only be short, as explaining strategy takes up description, Level 70 plus recommended, and maximized AVs in relevant stats.

Poliwhirl Trainer - Lass Kimberly
Poliwhirl - Level 70
Nature: Modest
AVs: 100 HP, 100 Defense, 100 Special Attack, 100 Special Defense, 50 Speed
Stats: 292 HP, 86 Attack, 217 Defense, 225 Special Attack, 196 Special Defense, 202 Speed
Moves: Substitute, Scald, Psychic
Location: Cerulean City
If you have Toxic, use that on the first turn as the opposing Poliwhirl is likely to use Substitute, and use either Earthquake or Psychic for your main attack.

Poliwrath Trainer - Black Belt Yuen
Poliwrath - Level 75
Nature: Sassy
AVs: 120 HP, 100 Attack, 100 Defense, 50 Special Attack, 100 Special Defense

Since the opposing Poliwrath does like to use Bulk Up, having Psychic can help out well in this fight.

Calm Mind and Shadow Ball are nice moves to have on Abra, otherwise Seismic Toss isn't a bad option.

Kadabra Trainer - Psychic Jaime

Stats: 218 HP, 280 Attack, 65 Defense, 185 Special Attack, 346 Special Defense, 185 Speed
Moves: Iron Tail, Thunder Punch, Facade

As strange as a Physical Kadabra sounds, you can easily win this with Foul Play, you don't need investment in anything other than Speed, as Foul Play will use the target's Attack stat, and the opposing Kadabra has very low Defense.

Alakazam Trainer - Psychic Frasier
Alakazam - Level 80
Nature: Calm
AVs: 200 HP, 150 Special Attack, 200 Special Defense, 150 Speed
Stats: 402 HP, 76 Attack, 101 Defense, 395 Special Attack, 399 Special Defense, 371 Speed
Moves: Disable, Recover, Calm Mind, Tri Attack
Location: Route 10
Start with Taunt, then Substitute, and then Disable to prevent Tri Attack so the opposing Alakazam is forced to use Struggle. Alakazam can Mega Evolve to give you a good advantage.

Machop Trainer - Black Belt Masahiro
Machop - Level 65
Nature: Impish
AVs: 120 HP, 120 Attack, 120 Defense, 50 Speed
Stats: 306 HP, 249 Attack, 219 Defense, 45 Special Attack, 50 Special Defense, 120 Speed
Moves: Thunder Punch, Poison Jab, Bulk Up

If you have any Special Attack investment, Flamethrower isn't a bad option to have for this fight.

Machoke Trainer - Black Belt Ryuji
Machoke - Level 70
Nature: Impish

Stats: 333 HP, 286 Attack, 286 Defense, 67 Special Attack, 89 Special Defense, 169 Speed
Moves: Poison Jab, Fire Punch, Bulk Up

Similar strategy to the Machop Master Trainer, except Machoke has Fire Punch instead, and Seismic Toss is another alternative.

Machamp Trainer - Black Belt Randy
Machamp - Level 75
Nature: Jolly
AVs: 120 HP, 120 Attack, 120 Defense, 150 Speed
Stats: 363 HP, 343 Attack, 268 Defense, 91 Special Attack, 132 Special Defense, 271 Speed
Moves: Brick Break, Headbutt, Bulk Up
Location: Vermilion City
As the opposing Machamp is quite defensive, having Toxic and Seismic Toss can help in the fight, and Flamethrower for good damage.

Bellsprout Trainer - Lass Hana
Bellsprout - Level 65
Nature: Brave
AVs: 80 HP, 50 Attack, 100 Defense, 50 Special Attack, 100 Special Defense
Stats: 240 HP, 184 Attack, 170 Defense, 166 Special Attack, 164 Special Defense, 51 Speed
Moves: Poison Jab, Sludge Bomb, Growth
Location: Viridian City
Use either Poison Jab or Sludge Bomb depending on your higher Attack stat, and Growth is an option for increased damage.

Weepinbell Trainer - Lass Emily
Weepinbell - Level 70

Same strategy as the Bellsprout Master Trainer, except Weepinbell is a bit more tougher, so I would recommend using Growth for increased damage.
