I am almost at 100 Master Trainers, and with the usual recommendation, Level 70 plus and having maximum AVs in the stats you will need for those tough fights.
Here are the Master Trainers in this video:
Cloyster, Gastly, Haunter, Gengar, Onix, Drowzee, Hypno, Krabby, Kingler, Voltorb
Cloyster Trainer - Beauty Rose
Cloyster - Level 75
Nature: Bold
AVs: 200 HP, 200 Defense, 80 Speed
Stats: 383 HP, 132 Attack, 527 Defense, 132 Special Attack, 72 Special Defense, 213 Speed
Moves: Barrier, Toxic, Protect, Rest
Location: Route 20
What makes this fight very easy is that if you use Substitute, you have automatically won, because the opposing Cloyster does not have any offensive moves. Shell Smash and Tri Attack can instantly take it out in one or two hits.

Gastly Trainer - Psychic Arin
Gastly - Level 70
Nature: Calm
AVs: 100 HP, 200 Special Defense, 100 Speed
Stats: 243 HP, 48 Attack, 47 Defense, 166 Special Attack, 282 Special Defense, 238 Speed
Moves: Shadow Ball
Location: Lavender Town
I have read somewhere that the Master Trainers for the Gastly evolution name is supposed to be a reference to Game Grumps, but as for the strategy, if you have enough Attack AVs, Sucker Punch is an instant KO.

Haunter Trainer - Psychic Danny
Haunter - Level 75
Nature: Calm
AVs: 120 HP, 200 Special Defense, 150 Speed
Stats: 295 HP, 72 Attack, 72 Defense, 200 Special Attack, 321 Special Defense, 320 Speed
Moves: Shadow Ball
Location: Lavender Town
Same strategy as the Gastly Master Trainer, or if you want to challenge yourself, Shadow Ball on Haunter isn't a bad option.

Gengar Trainer - Psychic Ross
Gengar - Level 80
Nature: Modest
AVs: 200 HP, 200 Special Attack, 200 Special Defense, 80 Speed
Stats: 410 HP, 98 Attack, 125 Defense, 460 Special Attack, 349 Special Defense, 285 Speed
Moves: Hypnosis, Dream Eater, Thunderbolt
Location: Lavender Town
I strongly recommend using Substitute and Mega Evolving Gengar on turn 1, and then keep using Shadow Ball till the opposing Gengar is down, this is a very hard fight if you do not have any investment in Speed.

Onix Trainer - Hiker Jim
Onix - Level 70
Nature: Lax
AVs: 200 HP, 100 Attack, 200 Defense, 200 Speed
Stats: 350 HP, 189 Attack, 475 Defense, 47 Special Attack, 61 Special Defense, 324 Speed
Moves: Wrap, Toxic, Harden, Protect
Location: Underground Path 7-8
One thing you can do is use Flash Cannon to take out the opposing Onix in one attack, and one thing to note is that Onix cannot learn Wrap, but it can learn Bind. This is another fight in which using Substitute makes this one very easy.

Drowzee Trainer - Psychic Anton
Drowzee - Level 70
Nature: Gentle
AVs: 100 HP, 80 Attack, 100 Special Defense
Stats: 285 HP, 173 Attack, 61 Defense, 65 Special Attack, 267 Special Defense, 85 Speed
Moves: Thunder Wave, Headbutt, Meditate
Location: Viridian City
You can choose to either use Taunt and Disable, or if the opposing Drowzee uses Meditate, you can use that Attack boost to your advantage with Foul Play.

Hypno Trainer - Psychic Vlad
Hypno - Level 75
Nature: Gentle
AVs: 120 HP, 80 Attack, 80 Special Attack, 200 Special Defense, 50 Speed
Stats: 355 HP, 217 Attack, 99 Defense, 217 Special Attack, 420 Special Defense, 178 Speed
Moves: Hypnosis, Nasty Plot, Shadow Ball
Location: Pokémon Tower
Since the opposing Hypno is very bulky, I recommend Taunt and Disable so that it will use Struggle while you damage it with Shadow Ball or Foul Play.

Krabby Trainer - Ace Trainer Carl
Krabby - Level 70
Nature: Adamant
AVs: 80 HP, 100 Attack, 100 Defense
Stats: 223 HP, 290 Attack, 252 Defense, 36 Special Attack, 40 Special Defense, 96 Speed
Moves: Superpower, X-Scissor
Location: Vermilion City
I gave my Krabby the move Harden to lessen the damage from Superpower, and teaching it Scald isn't a bad idea, as you can cut the opposing Krabby's Attack if it is burned.

Kingler Trainer - Ace Trainer Leopold
Kingler - Level 75
Nature: Hasty
AVs: 200 HP, 200 Attack, 50 Special Attack, 120 Speed
Stats: 390 HP, 423 Attack, 180 Defense, 130 Special Attack, 80 Special Defense, 274 Speed
Moves: Agility, Stomp, Scald, Guillotine
Location: Silph Co.
This is a fight in which you will need luck, and the reason is that the opposing Kingler has Agility and Guillotine, and it can cause flinching from Stomp, so having Toxic, Substitute and Protect is your best shot.

Voltorb Trainer - Scientist Humphrey
Voltorb - Level 70
Nature: Gentle
AVs: 50 Attack, 200 Special Defense, 50 Speed
Stats: 157 HP, 118 Attack, 67 Defense, 103 Special Attack, 313 Special Defense, 216 Speed
Moves: Light Screen, Swift
Location: Power Plant
A good strategy for this is using Screech and Foul Play, as this is a good combo, as the opposing Voltorb doesn't have that good Defense, so having a Physical move like Headbutt isn't a bad choice.
