We have beaten 50 Master Trainers, and I fight another 10 to get to 60 Master Trainers, this will be brief so I don't fill up the whole description, level 70 plus recommended, and maximized AVs in relevant stats.
Here are the Master Trainers in this video:
Dugtrio, Meowth, Persian, Psyduck, Golduck, Mankey, Primeape, Growlithe, Arcanine, Poliwag
Dugtrio Trainer - Hiker Dexter
Dugtrio - Level 75
Nature: Jolly
AVs: 100 HP, 100 Attack, 200 Defense, 200 Speed
Stats: 260 HP, 278 Attack, 303 Defense, 72 Special Attack, 133 Special Defense, 428 Speed
Moves: Sand Attack, Substitute, Fissure, Slash
Location: Diglett's Cave
What makes this Master Trainer very tricky is that the opposing Dugtrio can use Substitute and Fissure, so using Toxic on the first turn if you have maximum Speed AVs, and then Substitute so you can wear down the opponent.

Meowth Trainer - Youngster Ken
Meowth - Level 70
Nature: Timid
AVs: 80 HP, 50 Defense, 50 Special Attack, 50 Special Defense, 50 Speed
Stats: 237 HP, 61 Attack, 125 Defense, 132 Special Attack, 132 Special Defense, 217 Speed
Moves: Nasty Plot, Thunderbolt, Dark Pulse
Location: Viridian City
This shouldn't be too hard if you have good investment in your Meowth, and the Alolan Meowth is more preferred as it resists Dark Pulse, depending on your Meowth, Headbutt or Dark Pulse are your main moves.

Persian Trainer - Youngster Shawn
Persian - Level 75
Nature: Timid
AVs: 150 HP, 100 Defense, 100 Special Attack, 100 Special Defense, 100 Speed
Stats: 350 HP, 99 Attack, 218 Defense, 225 Special Attack, 225 Special Defense, 320 Speed
Moves: Hypnosis, Dream Eater, Nasty Plot, Hyper Beam
Location: Rocket Hideout
I would recommend Substitute and Taunt to block off Hypnosis, and Toxic on the opposing Persian, and a move of your choice, either Headbutt or Dark Pulse.

Psyduck Trainer - Beauty Nicole
Psyduck - Level 70
Nature: Calm
AVs: 50 HP, 80 Special Attack, 120 Special Defense
Stats: 221 HP, 69 Attack, 93 Defense, 197 Special Attack, 225 Special Defense, 103 Speed
Moves: Amnesia, Psychic, Rest
Location: Route 21
Because the opposing Psyduck has Amnesia and Rest, I recommend using Physical moves like Headbutt or Brick Break.

Golduck Trainer - Beauty Camille
Golduck - Level 75
Nature: Calm
AVs: 120 HP, 100 Defense, 100 Special Attack, 100 Special Defense, 50 Speed
Stats: 348 HP, 115 Attack, 245 Defense, 270 Special Attack, 262 Special Defense, 205 Speed
Moves: Yawn, Calm Mind, Psychic
Location: Route 4
I recommend Amnesia to lessen the damage from Psychic, and having Toxic is a nice option, and once again for the Golduck Master Trainer, Physical moves are recommended.

Mankey Trainer - Black Belt Tadashi
Mankey - Level 70
Nature: Impish
AVs: 50 HP, 100 Attack, 120 Defense
Stats: 207 HP, 238 Attack, 202 Defense, 48 Special Attack, 89 Special Defense, 124 Speed
Moves: Focus Energy, Karate Chop, Fury Swipes
Location: Route 5
My strategy was Bulk Up and Brick Break, this shouldn't be too hard if you have some Defense AVs.

Primeape Trainer - Black Belt Kano
Primeape - Level 75
Nature: Jolly
AVs: 200 HP, 150 Attack, 50 Defense, 120 Speed
Stats: 405 HP, 335 Attack, 168 Defense, 85 Special Attack, 133 Special Defense, 307 Speed
Moves: Counter, Taunt, Brick Break
Location: Route 11
Since the opposing Primeape has Counter, I recommend having a Special attack like Thunderbolt, as Counter can be devastating if you use Brick Break.

Growlithe Trainer - Ace Trainer Austin
Growlithe - Level 70
Nature: Impish
AVs: 120 HP, 120 Defense
Stats: 298 HP, 124 Attack, 217 Defense, 92 Special Attack, 96 Special Defense, 110 Speed
Moves: Dig, Toxic, Reflect
Location: Route 7
I have heard that is a very easy Master Trainer, even with a Level 20 Growlithe, you just need to have Speed AVs to outspeed the opposing Growlithe and have Substitute, Toxic, and Dig.

Arcanine Trainer - Ace Trainer Satch
Arcanine - Level 75
Nature: Lax
AVs: 150 HP, 150 Attack, 150 Special Attack, 50 Speed
Stats: 393 HP, 343 Attack, 162 Defense, 328 Special Attack, 112 Special Defense, 220 Speed
Moves: Facade, Hyper Beam, Double-Edge, Reflect
Location: Celadon City
The opposing Arcanine likes to use Reflect on turn 1, and the reason why my Arcanine is at Level 100 is that I used one of my team in the playthrough, and I used Crunch as my move for this fight. Arcanine can learn Dragon Pulse, which is preferred as the opposing Arcanine has lower Special Defense.

Poliwag Trainer - Lass Vicky
Poliwag - Level 65
Nature: Jolly
AVs: 50 HP, 50 Defense, 50 Special Defense, 200 Speed
Stats: 197 HP, 90 Attack, 127 Defense, 69 Special Attack, 127 Special Defense, 356 Speed
Moves: Hypnosis, Headbutt, Hydro Pump
Location: Route 12
I have read that you can beat this Master Trainer with a newly caught Poliwag from Cerulean Cave, but it is based on luck, as the opposing Poliwag has Hypnosis, and having Toxic, Substitute, and Dig are helpful moves for this.
