Now that I have become the Champion, more things are unlocked, like the ability to battle some powerful Trainers known as Master Trainers that specialize in training one species of Pokémon, and that you have to use the Pokémon of the same species as the Pokémon that Master Trainer specializes in using.

As the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description.

This video took 2 hours and 30 minutes to record, I'm serious, it really did. The first 5 minutes I show where the Pikachu Master Trainer is, the Youngster outside your house will tell you where the Pikachu or Eevee Master Trainer is depending on your game.
Now you can fly higher in the sky while riding Charizard, Aerodactyl and Dragonite, and you can encounter Pokémon, like the Pidgey and Spearow lines, which can be found from Level 3 to Level 57, and yes, you can encounter a Level 3 Pidgeot. There are some rare spawns that can be encountered in the sky, you can get Charizard and Dragonite, both can even be encountered at between Level 3 to Level 57, and good way to get Dragonite, to save the time of having to train up a Dragonair up to Level 55.
Very rarely, after interacting with the Legendary Birds, you can encounter them in the wild, I am not making this up, you can even get Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres as regular wild encounters, but they are super rare.
Nice trivia is that the Pikachu Master Trainer is named Ikue, named after Ikue Otani, the voice of Pikachu, and the Eevee Master Trainer is named Aoi, after Aoi Yuki, the voice of Eevee. Most of the Master Trainers' names are references to TV shows, movies, real life people, and other things, most commonly Master Trainers for each evolution line.
I will go over the Pikachu Master Trainer, Pikachu is at Level 75 and its moves are Slam, Substitute, Reflect and Toxic, since your Pikachu has higher base stats than a normal Pikachu, a good option is teaching Toxic and Facade to Pikachu to give you a good advantage. For the Eevee Master Trainer, Eevee is at Level 75 with the moves Double-Edge and Reflect, if your Eevee knows Sappy Seed, Baddy Bad and Sizzly Slide, this can help weaken the damage from the opposing Eevee. They are much harder if you are not using the Partner Pikachu or Eevee and instead using a normal one. These Master Trainers have boosted AVs on some stats, and most of them know moves that are super-effective against their own type, making it a tough challenge.
Next, I show that you can fight Shigeki Morimoto, which has been a tradition in most games since Black & White, here is his team and their moves.
Kangaskhan: Fake Out, Sucker Punch, Dizzy Punch, Outrage
Flareon: Quick Attack, Double Kick, Flare Blitz, Superpower
Vaporeon: Quick Attack, Double Kick, Hydro Pump, Blizzard
Jolteon: Quick Attack, Double Kick, Thunder, Shadow Ball
Machamp: Superpower, Earthquake, Poison Jab, Rock Slide
Dragonite: Dragon Pulse, Blizzard, Fire Blast, Thunder

All of Morimoto's Pokémon are tough, if you are at a high level, around Level 60 and have some coverage moves, they can help out very well in this fight.
After beating Morimoto, he will give you 10 PP Maxes, and there is a woman in the Game Freak building who will allow you to change your title. Your title will be used in Link Battles and by Nurse Joy in the Pokémon Center.
For the rest of the video, it's just me showing where all the Master Trainers are, some of them do not battle you, those being Ditto, Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Mewtwo, Mew, Meltan and Melmetal, instead you have to show them at a high enough CP, which should be around Level 70, or even Level 100. If you have all 153 titles from the Master Trainers, you will earn the title "Grand Master", I don't know if Mew, Meltan and Melmetal are required for the Grand Master Title, as Mew can only be obtained through the Poké Ball Plus, and both Meltan and Melmetal can only be obtained from Pokémon GO.
I will cut out parts between them, unless I catch a new Pokémon or any interactions with Pikachu, and I do find some items that I was not aware of, or forgot to pick up during the adventure.
I did not show where the Dodrio Master Trainer is, he is on Route 15, and is a Bird Keeper next to two Punk Guys.
