Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky Playthrough 44: Revisiting the Legend
In this video, I will be revisiting Temporal Tower and re-challenging Dialga. To do that, talk to Lapras at the beach, and only you and your partner can go to the Hidden Land, but make sure you prepare, because after going through Hidden Land, you can go straight to Temporal Tower, but you cannot deposit items in between like you used to in the main story.
As the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description.
This video is not just about recruiting Dialga, and it's good to return to Temporal Tower because it is the best song in the history of Mystery Dungeon music, and Dialga's battle theme is a fan favourite song in the game, it was so popular that people made remixes of it. If you have a Mystery Part of Secret Slab in your inventory, from the 5th floor of Temporal Spire onwards, you can encounter Deoxys in either of its Attack, Defense or Speed Formes for each floor, but you cannot recruit Deoxys in this dungeon.
The other Legendary Pokémon in this video is Phione, which can be recruited in your second visit at Miracle Sea. Back then, Manaphy was referred to as a Legendary Pokémon, and this was before the term "Mythical Pokémon" was used. There has also been debate on whether Phione is considered a Legendary Pokémon, as in the main games, you get it by breeding Manaphy, who is only obtainable in Events. There is an Exclusive Item called Marine Cache, which can be obtained by hatching Phione from Eggs, I don't know if you can in the game, and it restores Phione's status conditions when it enters water. Manaphy has an Exclusive Item called Tidal Cape, which can be obtained from Manaphy hatched from Eggs, which I don't know if it is possible, because I have never hatched a Phione or Manaphy in this game, so the only possible way to get a Marine Cache or Tidal Cape is through Wonder Mail S jobs.
