Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky Playthrough 45: Gabite and the Labyrinth
In this video, we enter a new dungeon called Labyrinth Cave, because we got a request from a Togetic to find a Gabite Scale to cure its friend. In Explorers of Time & Darkness, it was a Shinx that gave you a request to cure his sister's sickness, like in the Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time & Darkness Anime, because Labyrinth Cave was in the Anime special.
As the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description, as well as references to the Explorers of Time & Darkness Anime Special.
Labyrinth Cave has very low leveled Pokémon, like Nidorina, Nidorino, Machop and Golbat. The cave itself appeared in the Anime Special, where Team Poképals, which was Piplup and Chimchar, along with Sunflora from the guild, went to Labyrinth Cave to find a Gabite Scale in request of Shinx to cure his sick sister. The Gabite in the Anime special battled Team Poképals, and he defeated Team Razorwind before then. As for the battle with Gabite itself, he has Sand Tomb and Dragon Claw, but he does not Attract in this game. After beating Gabite, you get rewarded with a Togetic Wing, while in Explorers of Time & Darkness, you would get a Luxray Fang.
To those wondering why I removed Lileep from the Chimecho Assembly, my original plan was to level up a Lileep to Level 40, and I was not expecting to recruit a Cradily in Miracle Sea, and I believe there is limited storage, so all 492 Pokémon, including alternate forms of Pokémon like Shellos, Burmy and a few others, and I don't want to have too many Pokémon in the assembly.
The next dungeon is Happy Outlook, which has many Grass and Normal type Pokémon. The following Pokémon found in this dungeon are Metapod, Oddish, Persian, Chikorita, Togepi, Togetic, Sunkern, Seedot, Skitty, Gulpin, Turtwig, Exeggutor, Sunflora, Cacturne, Budew, Mime Jr., Happiny, Meowth, Chansey and Blissey. With the item Secret Slab or Mystery Part, you can encounter Latias on the 19th floor, but I don't remember if you have to beat the after-game of if you encounter Latias at this point in the game.
