Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky Playthrough 56: The Vastness of Space
Since we cannot evolve yet, and there some requirements have to be met. We decide to revisit Spacial Rift and challenge Palkia to a rematch, since this is the deity of space and the space distortions were why we couldn't evolve, so recruiting Palkia to the team is one of the requirements.
As the rest of the description, I recommend watching the full video before reading past this point of the description.
One thing I forgot to bring up when we last visited Spacial Rift, two Legendary Pokémon show up in this dungeon, but I don't know if you encounter them now or wait a few days. Those are Latias, which can be found on the 10th floor of Spacial Rift, and Latios can be encountered on the 5th floor of Deep Spacial Rift if you have a Mystery Part or Secret Slab in your inventory.
As for Palkia, this is a very tough fight, and recruiting Palkia is one of the requirements for the main player and the partner to evolve. Palkia's Exclusive Item, Air Blade can be found in a secret room in Deep Miracle Sea 3rd floor, and it boosts the damage Palkia inflicts to foes by 1.5, and its Spacial Rend is a dangerous move against enemies in the same room as Palkia. As for its level up movepool, Palkia learns some very powerful moves, like Earth Power, Aqua Tail and Aura Sphere. Interesting fact about Palkia is that it is the only Pokémon in the IQ Group J, and when its IQ is maxed out, it can get the IQ Skill called Absolute Mover, which is like Super Mobile in the Rescue Team games where you can walk on lava, water, and even destroy walls, but this IQ Skill is exclusive to Palkia.
I also unlock a new dungeon called Destiny Tower, which is the hardest dungeon in the game, it resets your level to 1, you cannot bring items or team members, only the leader enters, and you cannot recruit any Pokémon, and this dungeon has 99 floors. At the end of Destiny Tower, there is a statue of Arceus, and you get an item called the Space Globe, which doubles the power of the holder's moves, this statue is the only time Arceus ever appears in this game.
